Vice President of Global Sales

About the role

The Vice President of Sales will shape the global commercial direction of Cimatron, turning market insight into profitable growth. You will lead a worldwide sales organization, strengthen direct and reseller channels, and build capabilities for technically complex markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a global sales strategy aligned with business targets and ROI.
• Drive revenue and margin performance across all regions, maintaining a strong pipeline and reliable forecasts.
• Develop market coverage, segmentation, and go‑to‑market models for direct and reseller channels.
• Lead, coach, and develop regional sales leaders and their teams.
• Act as executive sponsor for key customers and major enterprise deals.

Required profile

• Extensive international B2B software sales experience in complex technical markets.
• Proven leadership of multi‑regional sales teams, including experience managing other leaders.
• Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM workflows, manufacturing processes, and global market dynamics.
• Advanced analytical, forecasting, and commercial planning capabilities.
