Venture Scout (part-time, commission-based)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated individual to join the CVX Venture Scout Programme. As a Venture Scout you will help source attractive investment opportunities for growth companies and gain hands‑on experience in venture capital. The role is part‑time and compensated based on successful deals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify promising startups in your specialist field.
• Engage with founders and conduct research on teams, markets and competition.
• Prepare a 1‑2 page investment memo summarising your thesis.
• Present your findings to the CVX Investment Team, either in‑person or online.

Required profile

• Strong passion for entrepreneurship and sourcing investment opportunities.
• Eagerness to learn core venture‑capital skills and present investment analyses.
