About the role

We are looking for a Scheduler to support the OKB Sundsvall–Dingersjö programme for Trafikverket. This is a consulting assignment based in Sundsvall with a hybrid work model, covering 75‑100% of a full‑time position.

Key responsibilities

• Drive active schedule management to ensure delivery according to agreed time, cost and scope.
• Maintain and improve the programme’s scheduling methods, tools and processes.
• Develop and uphold the quality of all scheduling work.
• Clarify, communicate and sustain correct requirements for programme schedules.
• Coordinate with the programme staff and project organisations, providing advice and expertise in scheduling.

Required profile

• Strong collaboration skills and flexibility to work closely with the client.
• Ability to support programme governance and contribute to achieving programme goals.
• Experience in coordinating, advising and delivering scheduling support in construction or infrastructure projects.
