Territory Sales Manager – Surgical Technologies

About the role

As a Territory Sales Manager you will promote and sell Stryker's Surgical Technologies portfolio, primarily in Greater Stockholm and also across Northern Sweden. You will identify growth opportunities while maintaining a strong focus on customers and patients.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth through strategic territory planning and execution.
• Identify, prospect and develop new business opportunities within hospitals and healthcare systems.
• Manage existing accounts, deliver product presentations, demonstrations and in‑service training.
• Prepare quotations, manage order processes and ensure effective follow‑up.
• Represent Stryker at industry events and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in medical devices or related healthcare industry.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Valid driver’s license.

Required skills

• Experience selling capital equipment or technical medical products.
• Knowledge of operating room environments and surgical teams.
