Technical Support Specialist – EV Trip Planning

About the role

Join Rivian and Volkswagen Group Technologies to help electric‑vehicle drivers plan their journeys. You will provide English‑only text support for users of the ABetterRouteplanner (ABRP) service, working closely with the development team to resolve issues and improve the product.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to user reports on public feedback forums, clarifying issues and confirming that users feel heard.
• Tri­age reported problems using internal tools such as Kibana and verify logs and metrics.
• Prepare and present weekly user‑feedback/bug meetings for the development team.
• Collaborate with data suppliers (e.g., charger or vehicle data providers) when issues originate from external sources.
• Assist users with account‑related matters, including premium subscriptions, invoices, receipts, multiple accounts, and password resets.

Required profile

• Technical interest and background sufficient to understand the ABRP product and electric‑vehicle concepts.
• Strong written communication skills in English; no phone or chat interaction required.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with development and data‑supplier teams.
