Technical Program Manager - EMEA

About the role

Applied Intuition, a company building the digital infrastructure for physical AI, is looking for a Technical Program Manager to set up and support program management for its flagship engagements. The role needs technical credibility, direct customer ownership and the ability to build structure from scratch in a fast-moving environment. It covers OEM programs and internal delivery teams, acting as the link between the team, OEM programs and the Sunnyvale headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and run program management: define milestones, own timelines and deliverables, and manage sprint and roadmap execution for software development teams through series production.
• Serve as the customer point of contact, turning requirements into tracked engineering work and giving structured, regular updates.
• Run the recurring cadence with HQ engineering, product and leadership teams, align technical roadmaps across time zones and keep decisions and context flowing in both directions.
• Provide day-to-day operational support to the Vehicle Intelligence EMEA Operations team, keeping tracking and reporting current, running the internal cadence and unblocking cross-team dependencies.
• Own problem-solving and decision-making across teams and sites, driving issues to closure.

Required profile

• 2+ years in technical program management or engineering within the automotive or embedded industry, ideally with hands-on experience at an OEM.
• Strong customer-facing presence, able to represent Applied Intuition independently with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently across sites and time zones, with a reliable working overlap with Sunnyvale teams.
• Based in Stockholm or Munich, or open to relocation.

Required skills

• Technical depth in embedded systems, middleware or ADAS, enough to assess feasibility and engage engineers credibly.
• Nice to have: prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment, and familiarity with ASPICE, ISO 26262 and AUTOSAR.
