Technical Instructor – UAV Training

About the role

UMS Skeldar is seeking a Technical Instructor to join its Support department in Linköping. You will train pilots and technicians on the Skeldar UAV system, delivering courses both in Sweden and internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver and examine training courses for pilots and technicians on the Skeldar system.
• Plan training sessions, prepare materials, and conduct evaluations.
• Develop and continuously improve training programmes together with the Training team.
• Travel to customer sites within Sweden and abroad as required.

Required profile

• Experience in an educational role such as UAS instructor, flight instructor or similar.
• Strong technical understanding and ability to communicate complex information.
• Excellent collaboration and structured work approach.
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment with varied tasks.

Required skills

• Knowledge of RPAS, UAV, UAS and helicopter systems.
• Familiarity with Part‑66 regulations.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
