Technical Consultant – Spine Solutions

About the role

Medtronic seeks a Technical Consultant to support spine customers across Sweden, primarily within the Västra Götalandsregionen. The field‑based role involves hands‑on clinical and technical assistance in operating rooms, product education, and inventory management.

Key responsibilities

• Provide in‑theatre clinical and technical support during spine procedures.
• Deliver product training and procedural education to surgeons, nurses, and OR staff.
• Conduct demonstrations, workshops, and in‑service training programs.
• Manage consignment and loaner inventories to ensure product availability.
• Collect and escalate customer feedback, complaints, and product‑related events.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with experience in the medical device industry or clinical support.
• Proven experience working in an operating‑room environment.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel extensively throughout Sweden.

Required skills

• Spine implant procedures and related technologies.
• Navigation, robotics, and imaging solutions used in spine surgeries.
