Solutions Architect – Nordics

About the role

In this role as a founding Solutions Architect for Cohere in the Nordics, you will play an instrumental part in growing Cohere’s business across the Nordics and wider Europe. You will partner with account executives, partners and executive leadership to demonstrate the value of our AI technology to flagship customers such as Saab, TKMS and Thales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of customer problems and map them to Cohere solutions, acting as the trusted technical advisor.
• Lead the design and deployment of customer pilots that showcase the impact of our technology for enterprise and government clients.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and partner teams to ensure solutions match customer needs.
• Own the customer narrative, serve as the voice of the customer, and cultivate technical champions within client organisations.

Required profile

• 3+ years of customer‑facing technical pre/post‑sales experience as a Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer or similar.
• Passion for Generative AI and solid understanding of large language models and foundational ML concepts.
• Excellent communication skills, able to present to CEOs and dive into technical details.
• Professional fluency in English; fluency in Swedish, Danish or Norwegian is a plus.
