Senior Talent Partner

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Talent Partner to join Epidemic Sound’s Talent Acquisition team in Stockholm. You will partner with department leaders to shape talent strategies, close skill gaps and drive high‑performance hiring using AI‑enabled processes and data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for assigned departments, influencing hiring decisions through strategic partnership.
• Own end‑to‑end recruitment and internal mobility, from kickoff to signed contract.
• Design sourcing strategies, lead talent mapping and conduct skill‑gap analysis with People & Culture.
• Coach hiring managers and interviewers to ensure structured, bias‑aware assessments.
• Champion the candidate experience and provide market insights to strengthen the employer brand.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude) to automate workflow, build live dashboards and keep a human in the loop for every hiring decision.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑cycle talent acquisition experience in a fast‑scaling tech environment.
• Proven ability to translate department strategy into hiring plans with measurable commercial impact.
• Experience designing structured interview processes and training interviewers.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable using internal and external data to make fact‑based decisions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI‑driven recruiting tools, specifically Claude.
