Senior Manager – Service & Solutions

About the role

Shape the future of Seco’s services and solutions business by turning customer needs into scalable offers and profitable growth. You will set the direction for the current and future offer portfolio, combining a strong customer perspective with commercial ownership.

Key responsibilities

• Set and execute the strategy and plan for the services and solutions portfolio, including Solva, reconditioning, Tool as a Service and technical training.
• Own financial forecasting, performance follow‑up and corrective actions to ensure profitability and ROI.
• Drive the transformation from product‑focused offers to scalable services and solutions across global markets.
• Develop strategic partnerships and external ecosystems that support business growth.
• Build and lead a high‑performing global team, establishing governance, capabilities and ways of working needed to scale the business.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in offer and portfolio management with strong commercial and business development expertise.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into measurable financial and operational results, including forecasting, pricing and margin improvement.
• Growth‑mindset focused on connecting customer needs, market trends and service offerings.
• Track record of establishing clear governance and cross‑functional collaboration for scalable delivery.
• Experience leading and developing global teams, strengthening competencies and capacity.
• Relevant university degree (MSc in engineering, business development, MBA or equivalent) and strong written and spoken English.
