Senior Data Analyst – Product Teams

About the role

Join epidemic‑sound’s AI‑native analytics team and work directly with the Chief Product Officer and product squads to shape the future of a creative‑workflow platform. You will define success metrics, surface growth opportunities and turn data into strategic product decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the CPO and product teams to define success metrics and influence product strategy.
• Design and implement end‑to‑end measurement for new product experiences, including instrumentation, KPI design and leading‑indicator tracking.
• Run the full analytics stack—from descriptive analysis to experimentation—to evaluate performance and drive decisions.
• Close data gaps, build scalable self‑serve measurement infrastructure, and ensure data trustworthiness for both AI tools and analysts.
• Develop and maintain semantic data models and support PLG/SaaS product analytics.

Required profile

• Strong stakeholder management and proven ability to influence senior leaders.
• High agency with a habit of driving decisions through clear data storytelling.
• Sharp analytical instincts and solid statistical judgement.
• Experience in product‑led growth (PLG) and SaaS environments, both B2C and B2B.
• Track record of defining metrics for new 0→1 product surfaces.
