Senior Account Executive

About the role

Cohere is a security‑first enterprise AI company looking for a Senior Account Executive to own the full sales cycle across Sweden, Denmark and Norway. You will target Global 2000 customers in sectors such as telecommunications, financial services, manufacturing, energy, utilities, healthcare and life sciences, helping them adopt private, on‑premise AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive net‑new customer acquisition through outbound outreach, executive introductions and relationship building.
• Own the end‑to‑end sales process from initial contact, technical validation to deal closure.
• Generate and manage your own pipeline with disciplined prospecting and research.
• Collaborate with sales development, marketing, solution architects and channel partners to deliver tailored value propositions.
• Act as a trusted advisor, deeply understanding customer challenges and aligning Cohere’s platform to their business goals.

Required profile

• Fluent in at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian or Danish) plus English.
• 10+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience with Global 2000 customers, including closing 7‑figure transformational deals.
• Proven track record in at least two priority sectors (e.g., financial services, telecommunications, energy, manufacturing, healthcare).
• Hunter mentality with a strong ability to build and own a territory.
• Experience working with channel partners and systems integrators.
