SAP AMS Project Manager (Södertälje, Sweden)

About the role

Infosys is looking for a dynamic SAP AMS Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end application support and service delivery for large enterprise clients in Sweden. You will be the primary interface with customers, overseeing SAP S/4HANA and ECC environments while ensuring service level agreements are met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage large‑scale SAP AMS programs for DAX 30 and Fortune 1000 customers.
• Ensure SLA and OLA compliance, driving continuous improvement across service delivery.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, including technical, functional and support specialists.
• Lead and mentor global delivery teams throughout digital transformation journeys.
• Monitor contracts, service metrics and financial performance of managed services.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managed services for SAP systems (S/4HANA and/or ECC).
• Demonstrated people‑management and leadership capabilities.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast‑changing, dynamic environment.
