About the role

We are seeking a Railway Project Manager for a consulting assignment with Trafikverket. The position is full‑time and can be based in either Jönköping or Linköping, with a hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities

Plan, lead, steer and monitor railway projects through all phases.
Ensure project progress regarding time, cost, scope, quality, risk and delivery.
Coordinate technical areas and stakeholders across the project organization.
Manage budgeting, financial follow‑up, forecasting and risk mitigation.
Drive construction and production phases, tracking deviations and production‑related issues.

Required profile

Strong flexibility and collaboration skills to work closely with the client.
Proven ability to manage complex infrastructure projects.
Excellent organizational and communication capabilities.
