Project Purchasing Engineer Internship

About the role

Join Bosch Thermotechnology AB in Tranås as a Project Purchasing Engineer Intern. You will support the Project Purchasing team, gaining hands‑on experience in supplier management, new‑product introductions, and cross‑functional collaboration within a global engineering environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare non‑disclosure agreements (NDAs) and industrial cooperation agreements (ICAs) to ensure confidentiality.
• Draft requests for quotation (RFQs) and assist in supplier scouting activities.
• Contribute to Ratio Project Planning (RPP) and support Time‑to‑Market (TTM) projects, including meeting minutes.
• Collaborate with global teams from Engineering, Quality, Logistics and other departments.
• Assist in negotiation preparation, order samples and tools, and initiate parts release processes.
• Create, maintain, and update supplier master data.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Swedish is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative and communicate effectively.
• Technical background is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams.
