Project manager for heat pump development

About the role

As a Project Manager you will lead the development and launch of new heat‑pump products for Bosch Thermotechnology in Tranås, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget. You will work in a cross‑functional environment that combines engineering, manufacturing, quality and procurement to bring innovative heating solutions to market.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, deliverables and detailed plans for heat‑pump product launches.
• Acquire, allocate and manage resources across engineering, production, quality, and supply‑chain teams.
• Monitor progress, control budgets, track expenditures and report financial status.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders, providing regular updates on status, risks and changes.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks and issues throughout the lifecycle.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing engineering or technical projects with cross‑functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to control project budgets, schedules and resources.
• Strong knowledge of project‑management methodologies and tools.
• Project‑management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred.
• Familiarity with mechanical design, software development or manufacturing processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
