Product Management Manager – Offers for Publishers

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Product Management Manager to lead the development of offer‑related features for its publishing channels. You will shape how merchants connect with cardholders, driving revenue and consumer engagement across the Loyalty Offers portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Drive initiatives that increase revenue and consumer engagement in the Loyalty Offers space.
• Collaborate with AI and Data Science teams to improve propensity models and offer matching algorithms.
• Leverage analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI) to conduct lifetime‑value, incrementality, and other performance analyses.
• Use research, consumer studies, metrics, and competitive analysis to identify product gaps and business needs.
• Partner with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Strategy to create product roadmaps and delivery plans with incremental value releases.
• Design tests and experiments with Go‑to‑Market teams to boost acquisition and activation funnels.
• Make trade‑off decisions on features, keep stakeholders informed, and incorporate runtime metrics into the backlog.
• Own product requirements, market delivery, and ongoing support for assigned feature areas.

Required profile

• Proven experience owning end‑to‑end product roadmaps from concept through delivery and maintenance.
• Comfortable using product lifecycle management tools to size, prioritize, and track work.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data insights into product decisions.
