Product Lead - AI Neobank App

About the role

We are seeking a senior Product Lead to shape and drive major product areas within BJAK's AI Neobank app. This remote position is based in Sweden and focuses on delivering innovative financial services across insurance, payments, savings, investing, and travel.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product direction for major AI Neobank app areas, defining priorities, roadmap, standards and success metrics.
• Guide product managers, product owners, designers and engineers toward clear execution across multiple squads.
• Translate regulatory, operational and business constraints into practical product decisions.
• Drive launch quality, post‑launch learning and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong experience leading digital product areas, balancing strategy, execution, UX, data, engineering and business outcomes.
• Ability to work in high ambiguity, fast‑changing environments and handle senior stakeholder pressure.
• Experience in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer apps or regulated products is a strong advantage.
