Product Lead - AI Investing

About the role

We are seeking a senior product leader to shape and drive major AI Investing product areas at BJAK. The role involves owning direction, execution, quality and outcomes across multiple squads while collaborating across insurance, payments, savings, investing and travel services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product direction for AI Investing, define priorities, roadmap, standards and success metrics.
• Guide product managers, designers and engineers toward clear execution and drive launch quality, post‑launch learning and continuous improvement.
• Translate regulatory, operational and business constraints into practical product decisions.
• Collaborate across financial service domains and help build a fast, user‑value‑focused product culture.

Required profile

• Strong experience leading digital product areas, balancing strategy, execution, UX, data, engineering and business outcomes.
• Proven ability to prioritize, make trade‑offs and sequence product work in high‑growth, ambiguous environments.
• Experience mentoring PMs/POs or cross‑functional squads is a strong advantage.
• Comfortable handling senior stakeholder pressure and simplifying complex financial products.

Required skills

• Deep product management expertise in fintech, insurance, payments or regulated consumer apps.
• Ability to set direction while diving into detailed product work.
