About the role
Join AVEVA's Sundsvall team to design and develop innovative industrial software solutions. You will work on challenging data management and cloud‑based systems that support customers in industrial automation and engineering.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and debug software applications in C#/.NET.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and global teams.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain high‑quality standards.
- Work in an agile environment with continuous integration and deployment.
- Contribute to new features and maintain existing codebases.
- Grow technical skills and share knowledge with the team.
Required profile
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Extensive software development experience in C# and .NET.
- Proven achievements using modern development practices, including AI.
- Ability to write clean, well‑structured code.
- Good communication skills and enjoyment of collaborative work.
Required skills
- C# and .NET.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
- AI‑accelerated software development methodologies.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with communication protocols such as MQTT, OPC‑UA, Modbus, Kafka, WebSockets, or RabbitMQ.
- Experience with TypeScript or other programming languages.
- Agile methodologies.
