Pricing and Revenue Controller

About the role

Nordic Investin is recruiting a Pricing and Revenue Controller on behalf of one of its partner companies, based in Malmö. The partner is strengthening its capability in pricing and revenue performance across products, channels and markets. The role sits close to stakeholders responsible for revenue, cost, projects or operations, and focuses on price-volume mix, margin analysis and revenue leakage.

Key responsibilities

• Own the practical direction for pricing and revenue performance across products, channels and markets.
• Translate goals and constraints into a clear approach for price-volume mix and margin analysis.
• Establish standards, routines or artefacts around revenue leakage.
• Coordinate stakeholders and dependencies affecting forecasting.
• Use evidence and measurable outcomes to improve dashboards.
• Strengthen knowledge sharing, decision quality and sustainable ownership across the team.

Required profile

• Relevant experience delivering pricing and revenue performance across products, channels and markets in a demanding environment.
• Strong working knowledge of price-volume mix and margin analysis.
• Practical experience applying revenue leakage and forecasting.
• Ability to assess risk, priorities and trade-offs involving dashboards.
• Evidence of clear stakeholder communication and dependable end-to-end ownership.
• Professional English and the judgement to work with sensitive or business-critical information.
• Experience from retail, telecom or subscription businesses, or exposure to commercial decisions in a cross-functional environment, adds value.
• Swedish language skills or experience working across Nordic organisations.
