Paid Social Manager – Stockholm

About the role

We are looking for a world‑class Paid Social professional to join Plenty Labs in Stockholm. This hybrid position sits at the crossroads of performance marketing, customer success, and product strategy, giving you full ownership of our paid social channels and direct influence on our product roadmap.

Key responsibilities

• Own and operate all Plenty Labs paid social channels end‑to‑end.
• Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns, using the company’s content machine and rigorous performance measurement.
• Manage and optimise budgets to deliver strong results for enterprise accounts.
• Lead client onboarding, conduct monthly business reviews, and provide ongoing education as a trusted advisor.
• Participate in sales meetings to support commercial initiatives.
• Collaborate with the product team, contribute to weekly syncs, and help shape the product roadmap based on campaign insights.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in paid social.
• Proven track record managing large budgets, either agency‑side or in‑house at a major brand.
• Excellent communicator who builds trusted relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Curious, commercially minded and eager to contribute beyond campaign execution.
