Operations Transformation Expert

About the role

As an Operations Transformation Expert you will drive improvement initiatives across our global production sites. You will work closely with shop‑floor teams, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions that boost efficiency and foster innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support transformation projects throughout the operations network.
• Identify improvement opportunities, analyse processes and optimise workflows.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and key stakeholders to align initiatives with strategic goals.
• Provide hands‑on support to production teams, stepping in on the shop floor when needed.
• Facilitate change‑management activities and ensure successful adoption of new ways of working.

Required profile

• Strong background in operations, transformation or related fields.
• Proven ability to work in senior capacity while staying close to production.
• Experience in global or industrial environments, comfortable navigating complexity.
• Excellent stakeholder collaboration and communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
