Operations Manager – West Sweden Region

About the role

Join Basta’s fast‑growing hospitality group as an Operations Manager responsible for the West Sweden region. You will work closely with restaurant General Managers to strengthen daily operations, support new openings and ensure consistent guest experiences across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Support the launch of new restaurants and future expansion projects.
• Collaborate with GMs and restaurant teams to improve service standards and operational efficiency.
• Drive recruitment, training and development initiatives across the region.
• Monitor KPIs, analyse performance data and implement action plans.
• Travel between sites to provide hands‑on support and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Build strong relationships with managers, coaching them into effective leaders.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a General Manager, Senior Assistant GM or Operations Manager in a high‑volume restaurant environment.
• Proven track record of delivering strong operational results across multiple locations.
• Ability to work hands‑on, travel frequently and adapt to fast‑changing priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Growth‑oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.
