Media Insights Analyst – Finnish Speaker

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Media Insights Analyst who is fluent in Finnish (and optionally Swedish) to support our client’s media analytics team. The role involves turning client requirements into clear, data‑driven reports and dashboards that inform brand perception and media performance.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret client requirements and create actionable reporting deliverables, including dashboards, report templates, and data queries.
• Manage timelines and ensure high‑quality reports are delivered on schedule with consistent formatting and visual standards.
• Produce accurate analyses based on KPIs, performing thorough proofreading and data validation.
• Respond to client queries and feedback, and contribute to internal training initiatives.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses of media data to generate insights on brand perception, media performance, and industry trends.
• Utilise Excel, PowerPoint and reporting software to extract, manipulate, and present data, collaborating with internal teams and clients.
• Deliver reporting in Finnish and/or Swedish as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in media data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail and data validation skills.
• Strong communication abilities in Finnish and/or Swedish.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
