Marketing Automation Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to design and operate the full customer lifecycle across our Nordic, German and Benelux markets. Working closely with the CRM & Insights Manager, you will own the end‑to‑end automation framework for Sweden and create a global blueprint that directly drives revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with sales and commercial teams on lead handoff, upsell/cross‑sell campaigns and joint pipeline reviews.
• Architect and deploy AI agents that qualify ambiguous leads, flag data issues and summarise engagement signals.
• Use LLM tools such as Claude to automate reporting, fix broken flows and enrich records.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across marketing, sales and regional teams, communicating performance and aligning on scoring thresholds.
• Plan and execute email campaigns and nurture programs, writing copy with LLMs and personalising sequences at scale.
• Build and evolve predictive lead‑scoring models and AI‑driven personalisation.
