Manager, Enablement & Operations Customer Success (Services)

About the role

Mastercard is looking for a Manager, Enablement & Operations Customer Success to lead the Services team across North America. You will partner with priority customers to ensure they derive maximum value from Mastercard network products and drive long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic enablement plans for priority customers.
• Drive customer engagement throughout product launch and post‑sale phases.
• Identify and act on optimization opportunities to increase product adoption.
• Collaborate with Network Services, Account Management, Sales, Product, and Technical Account Managers to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Support business growth by generating qualified leads for value expansion.
• Ensure technical and program readiness for customer implementations.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing customer success or enablement initiatives in a B2B environment.
• Strong understanding of digital payments, network services, and related risk management.
• Ability to build trusted partnerships and influence cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
