Learning Manager, Global L&D (Parental Leave Cover)

About the role

Join the Global Learning & Development team at Atos Medical on a fixed‑term contract covering parental leave. You will help shape learning solutions for customer‑facing employees, with a focus on the Global Tracheostomy Onboarding Program.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to identify capability challenges and learning needs.
• Design and develop e‑learning modules, facilitator guides, assessments, job aids, and scenario‑based learning experiences.
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions with subject‑matter experts.
• Manage learning projects from analysis through implementation and maintain content in digital learning platforms.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or similar fields.
• Strong project‑management skills, including leading learning projects end‑to‑end.
• Proven ability to conduct stakeholder interviews, discovery activities, and learning needs analysis.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Experience creating learning assets with digital authoring tools and learning platforms.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and tools such as Synthesia or Mindtickle.
