About the role

We are seeking a senior IT Requirements Analyst to support a government authority in the electric power sector. The role is a full‑time consulting assignment based in Stockholm with a hybrid work model, requiring close collaboration with business specialists and project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Gather functional and non‑functional requirements through workshops and interviews.
• Document requirements in a consistent format and ensure they are communicated and approved by all stakeholders.
• Lead the requirements process across projects, establishing a clear structure and maintaining it throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate requirements with business units, solution architects, project managers, process owners and test leads.
• Support the development and implementation of both custom solutions and standard systems for power system and electricity market decision support.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in IT requirements analysis.
• Strong ability to work flexibly and collaboratively in a fast‑moving environment.
• Familiarity with the electric power or energy market domain is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
