IT Systems Engineer

About the role

Join Epidemic Sound’s IT Engineering team in Stockholm and own the identity, access and automation layer that powers more than 550 employees. You will design, build and operate integrations that connect Okta, HR systems and the broader SaaS estate, using modern infrastructure-as-code and AI-driven workflow tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain Okta identity and access management, including policies, MFA and SSO.
• Build integration services and backend APIs linking Okta, HR platforms, mobile device management and ticketing systems.
• Develop Terraform code to provision infrastructure and manage SaaS configurations.
• Create event-driven and scheduled synchronisations to keep data consistent across systems.
• Own core SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace, Atlassian and Cisco Meraki, handling licensing, procurement and escalated support.
• Partner with Enterprise Security to ensure compliance and document all solutions.

Required profile

• Strong background in identity and access management with hands-on Okta experience.
• Proven ability to build integrations and automations using APIs and scripting (Python, Go, PowerShell or Bash).
• AI-native mindset, leveraging tools like Claude for workflow automation.
• Experience managing enterprise SaaS applications, licensing and procurement.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
