IT Infrastructure Supervisor

About the role

The IT Infrastructure Supervisor will lead daily site IT support operations, overseeing a small team of analysts to ensure reliable hardware, software, server and network services. This position combines hands‑on technical work with people management in a global, innovative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise 2–3 IT analysts, assign tasks, monitor performance and provide coaching.
• Manage hardware support for workstations, laptops, tablets, Zebra and HP printers, RF devices and networking gear.
• Oversee software support for Windows OS, Microsoft Office suite, Lotus Notes databases and security applications.
• Maintain site dashboards tracking computers, printers, servers, network equipment, tickets and vulnerabilities.
• Coordinate incident response, troubleshooting and problem resolution to maximize uptime.
• Participate in after‑hours support coverage and escalation handling as needed.
• Monitor service requests and incident tickets to ensure timely resolution.
• Identify recurring issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (or equivalent) completed before start date.
• Minimum five years of IT experience in manufacturing, private, public, government or military settings.
• Proven ability to lead a small technical team and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong communication skills to partner with site leadership and broader IT groups.
