Internship in Quality Management

About the role

Join Bosch Thermotechnology AB in Tranås as a Quality Management Intern. You will support projects that raise the maturity of the plant’s quality management system and contribute to both production and development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct product audits and follow up on open topics with cross‑functional teams.
• Apply problem‑solving tools such as 8D and problem‑solving sheets to improve series production.
• Analyse quality data, prepare presentations and reports for management.
• Participate in digitalisation projects, using Power BI to visualise quality metrics.
• Support health and safety improvement projects within the department.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in Engineering, Engineering & Management or a related master’s program.
• Strong analytical abilities and quick learning of new topics.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Swedish or German is a plus.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Power BI for data visualisation.
• Familiarity with 8D problem‑solving methodology.
