Internship in Project Management

About the role

Bosch Thermoteknik AB in Tranås develops, manufactures and sells heat pumps for the European market, with a production unit and a competence and development centre. As a project management intern you will join the team and take an active part in planning, implementing and monitoring projects, while taking independent responsibility for project streams and sub-projects.

Key responsibilities

• Create templates and presentations for stakeholders and support administrative tasks
• Analyse project data to identify areas for improvement and support continuous development
• Take part in developing and implementing new project management processes and methods
• Prepare presentations in PowerPoint for project management meetings
• Collect open issues in OneNote as an OPL (Open Point List)
• Monitor milestones and deliverables to keep projects progressing

Required profile

• Currently studying business administration, economics, engineering, project management or a similar field as a master's student
• Solution-oriented, able to work independently and take responsibility
• Reliable, structured and independent approach, analytical thinking and good teamwork
• Excellent written and spoken English; Swedish is an advantage

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic knowledge of project management methods and tools such as Jira or PowerBI is an advantage
