About the role

We are looking for an Installation Coordinator to support a traffic authority in Stockholm. The role focuses on lock, passage and security systems for bus, commuter and sea transport projects. It is a 50 % (half‑time) consultancy assignment, requiring close collaboration with the client and external contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate installation activities for lock, passage and security systems from design through commissioning.
• Define and manage technical requirements, monitor compliance and ensure proper hand‑over.
• Interface between the client, contractors and other technical disciplines to resolve interface issues.
• Oversee procurement, testing, commissioning and documentation of installations.

Required profile

• Strong ability to work flexibly and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in construction or infrastructure projects involving security‑related installations.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
