Industry Sector Manager

About the role

As an Industry Sector Manager you will drive business growth for Hägglunds, a Bosch Rexroth company, by developing and expanding our presence in one or more industrial sectors worldwide. You will act as the bridge between market needs, customers and our global sales organisations, turning technical insights into commercial opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement market strategies for the assigned industry sector(s) on a global scale.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the creation of application and business solutions.
• Support global sales units with market and application expertise.
• Participate in customer meetings and collaborate with local sales organisations to drive sales activities.
• Coordinate cross‑functional activities with sales, engineering and marketing teams internationally.

Required profile

• University degree in engineering, business or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, business development or customer‑facing roles within industry.
• Strong commercial mindset combined with solid technical understanding.
• Ability to work internationally, build trust quickly and develop long‑term customer relationships.

Required skills

• Knowledge of hydraulic drive systems
