Implementation Consultant – Digital Transformation

About the role

As an Implementation Consultant at Aceve, you will guide customers through digital transformation, ensuring our platform is configured to meet real operational needs. You act as the bridge between technology, people, and business, helping electricians, plumbers, and contractors become more efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation projects, including needs analysis, workshops, system configuration, and user training.
• Own delivery plans and keep all stakeholders aligned on scope, timelines, and budget.
• Act as a trusted advisor, supporting customers through change and simplifying complex workflows.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and support teams to develop scalable implementation frameworks.
• Track billable hours, ensure accurate invoicing, and manage commercial follow‑up.
• Share knowledge and actively support colleagues to foster a strong implementation culture.

Required profile

• Proven track record delivering business systems (ERP, CRM, or SaaS) to external customers.
• Consulting mindset with hands‑on ability to configure systems and steer stakeholder conversations.
• Solid financial competency to discuss bookkeeping, budgets, invoicing flows, and operational efficiency.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage scope, stakeholders, and timelines.
• Personal maturity and ability to work independently.
