HR Business Partner

About the role

TFS HealthScience is a global contract research organisation partnering with pharmaceutical and biotech companies on clinical development. As HR Business Partner, you will work alongside senior leaders as a trusted advisor, helping them grow the business while making sure people decisions support it. You will also help shape how the HR team works, using modern tools and AI. The role is based at the Lund office, so you must live in southern Sweden within commuting distance.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders on organisational development and change
• Shape strategic talent management and workforce planning
• Advise leaders on people matters, from performance and conflict to restructuring
• Lead succession planning and business continuity
• Develop leaders and help them grow their teams
• Handle employment law matters and work with unions and works councils
• Strengthen TFS as a place where great people want to work

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner advising senior leaders at a strategic level
• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law or a related field
• Strong commercial acumen, ideally from a client-facing or service-based business
• Fluent English and Swedish
• Based in southern Sweden, within commuting distance of the Lund office
• Nice to have: experience in life sciences, pharma or a CRO

Required skills

• Solid knowledge of Swedish employment law
• Interest in using data, digital tools and AI in HR
