Growth Intern

About the role

Join SGA Agency’s growth and media team as a full‑time Growth Intern in Stockholm. You will work on performance‑driven campaigns, learning how creative, media, and data combine to deliver measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Support campaign setup, optimisation, and reporting for paid media channels.
• Assist with Meta, Google, TikTok, and similar advertising platforms.
• Analyse performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with creatives and designers to build performance‑focused campaigns.
• Help test creatives, audiences, and messaging.
• Participate in growth reviews, brainstorming sessions, and performance discussions.

Required profile

• Student or early‑career professional with strong interest in growth, media, and performance marketing.
• Curious about digital brand growth and eager to learn how creativity, data, and distribution intersect.
• Proactive, comfortable learning new tools, and open to feedback.
• Enjoys testing, iterating, and seeing clear results.
• Fluent in both Swedish and English.

Required skills

• Ongoing or recently completed education in marketing, growth, business, analytics, or related field.
• Understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and analytical tools.
• Comfort working with data, numbers, and spreadsheets.
