Group Air Planner for Scandinavian Clients

About the role

The Group Air Planner will manage group air travel and T4M movements for Scandinavian clients, handling bookings from small groups to thousands of travelers. This role involves airline negotiations, seat allocations, and ensuring compliance with airline deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage group air travel events ranging from 10 to several thousand participants.
• Research, negotiate, and secure airline contracts and seat blocks.
• Prepare cost comparisons, savings analyses, and financial reporting using Insights, Sage or Power BI.
• Coordinate T4M movements, handle delegate information, and support related projects.

Required profile

• 2+ years recent experience as a Travel for Meetings/Group Air Planner or Coordinator.
• Strong provider research and negotiation abilities.
• Customer‑focused with excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with GDS and group block bookings.
• Proficiency in Insights, Sage, Power BI for reporting.
• Knowledge of Concur OBT and Cvent integration.
