About the role

Join Marsh’s specialized Financial Lines team in Stockholm, advising Nordic clients on Directors' and Officers' Liability, Crime and Professional Liability insurance. The role offers progressive responsibility and close collaboration with experienced colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships, understanding their risk profile and insurance needs.
• Advise on and place financial lines insurance solutions, negotiating policy terms and pricing.
• Support clients through complex claims, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to market research and business intelligence to identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, law, economics or related field (master’s a plus).
• Native‑level Swedish and strong English communication skills.
• Motivation to learn quickly, work independently and handle uneven workloads.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within the Nordics and to London.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Directors' and Officers' Liability insurance.
• Familiarity with Crime and Professional Liability insurance products.
