Finance Business Partner Manager

About the role

Mastercard Europe Finance is looking for a Finance Business Partner Manager to support the Core business across Finland and the Baltic markets. Reporting to the Divisional Finance Officer for Northern Europe, you will act as a trusted advisor, evaluating financial impacts of strategic initiatives and driving performance insights.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance contact for Finland and the Baltic markets, collaborating with management, account managers, marketing, and services teams.
• Lead P&L management, results analysis, and provide actionable recommendations to improve business performance.
• Drive forecast and budget processes across markets, customers, and product lines.
• Align local investments and fund usage with regional strategy and customer needs.
• Evaluate financial impact of new Customer Business Agreements and maintain a pipeline of opportunities.
• Promote controllership excellence by educating business teams on accounting principles and policies.
• Lead ad‑hoc strategic projects related to pricing, product segmentation, partnerships, non‑traditional deals, and M&A opportunities.
• Contribute to finance processes such as FP&A, pricing, business planning, and deal management while championing continuous improvement.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance or a related field.
• Strong professional experience in finance, preferably within a multinational environment.
• Proven ability to partner with business stakeholders and influence decisions.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
