Event Coordinator

About the role

As an Event Coordinator at Sandvik, you will design and deliver memorable internal and external events, customer visits, and meetings that strengthen relationships and support business success. You will work in a fast‑paced, global environment where each day brings new challenges and opportunities to showcase creativity and service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute high‑impact events, meetings and customer visits from concept through delivery and evaluation.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets and communication activities.
• Manage invitations, registrations, attendee communications and all event logistics.
• Arrange travel, accommodation, transportation and related visitor activities as required.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across functions and countries, and coordinate external suppliers.
• Measure outcomes, collect feedback and identify improvements for future events.

Required profile

• Proven experience in event coordination, project management, hospitality or communications.
• Ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously while maintaining high quality.
• Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English.
• Service‑mindset, proactive attitude and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and digital collaboration tools.
• Familiarity with event platforms, project management systems or digital event tools is a plus.
