ERP Solution Engineer – NetSuite (Agentic)

About the role

We are looking for an Agentic ERP Solution Engineer to join our Financial Systems team in Stockholm. You will bridge finance and technology, turning complex business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions that support our rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Translate finance, procurement and operational requirements into end‑to‑end ERP solutions from discovery to deployment.
• Design, build and maintain NetSuite configurations and integrations with external platforms.
• Develop agentic workflows and AI‑driven automations to streamline financial processes.
• Identify and evaluate new tools to improve efficiency and data integrity.
• Provide technical expertise to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication between business intent and technical execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience with ERP platforms, especially strong NetSuite configuration and integration skills.
• Deep understanding of finance processes such as procure‑to‑pay and order‑to‑cash.
• Ability to turn ambiguous business needs into clear, scalable technical solutions.
• Curiosity and practical experience with AI and agentic tools in a business setting.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills to partner with finance and tech teams.
