Engineering Manager – Analytics House

About the role

Our Engineering Manager – Analytics House will be an integral part of DoiT's global R&D team. This hands‑on, player‑coach position leads a team of engineers, owns delivery and growth, and works with AI‑augmented solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of engineers, overseeing delivery, career growth and continuous improvement.
• Provide technical leadership by writing and reviewing code, guiding architectural decisions and maintaining engineering standards.
• Own roadmap and delivery commitments, collaborate with product owners, and manage planning, prioritisation and execution.
• Drive hiring, onboarding and maintain high hiring standards while mentoring peers.

Required profile

• 10+ years of engineering experience with 4+ years in engineering management while actively coding.
• Hands‑on experience building cloud‑based SaaS products on AWS, GCP or Azure, including production operations.
• Strong background in databases, SQL, query optimisation and BigQuery.
• Proven track record of transforming engineering teams and improving delivery velocity or quality.
• Excellent judgement under pressure and direct, candid communication.
