Employee Success Business Partner Nordics

About the role

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Manager, Employee Success Business Partner to provide full‑range HR business support for its Nordics organization. You will partner with senior leaders, COEs and regional teams to shape people strategy, drive change and enhance employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across the Nordics, influencing business priorities and people strategy.
• Lead leadership coaching, succession planning, organizational design and talent assessment initiatives.
• Drive change management, engagement, retention and diversity initiatives.
• Provide data‑driven insights on performance trends, attrition, engagement and diversity.
• Partner with COEs and regional HR to ensure seamless delivery of HR processes, programs and policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years (or Master’s with 6+ years) of HR Business Partner experience.
• Strong knowledge of Nordic employment laws and market practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Nordic language proficiency a plus.
• Proven ability to build relationships, influence senior stakeholders and solve complex organizational problems.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs, etc.).
