Employee Relations Manager

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Employee Relations Services to join its Global Employee Relations team. Based in the Philippines or Malaysia, you will partner with People Business Partners, employment counsel, and compliance to ensure fair and consistent performance management across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in administering the performance management process and related tools.
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on performance issues and documentation.
• Respond to inquiries, support conflict resolution, and participate in investigations.
• Coordinate training for managers on performance‑management best practices.
• Collaborate with internal counsel, compliance, and business partners to manage employee‑relations matters.
• Identify process‑improvement opportunities and drive change initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and fact‑based decision‑making abilities.
• Knowledge of employee‑relations policies, procedures, and applicable employment laws.
• Experience working with performance‑management systems and documentation.
• Ability to build cross‑functional relationships across geographies.
