Cybersecurity Service and Change Management Lead

About the role

The Cybersecurity Service and Change Management Lead will drive service and change management excellence within 3M’s Cybersecurity organization. This role designs, implements and continuously improves the service catalog and change management framework to ensure efficient, compliant delivery of cybersecurity initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Cybersecurity service catalog, including versioning and changelog management.
• Establish and enforce processes for catalog updates, review, and approval.
• Coordinate service owners to keep service management tools aligned with the catalog for accurate request routing and reporting.
• Publish and promote the catalog to improve discoverability and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity teams to create and maintain service management artifacts and process flows, adhering to ITIL and audit requirements.
• Facilitate process‑mapping and optimization workshops across Cybersecurity functions.
• Design, document and enhance the Cybersecurity change management process aligned with ITIL, ISO 27001 and NIST CSF.
• Define approval workflows, SLAs, quality gates and evidence requirements for change requests.
• Align change activities with the enterprise IT change calendar, blackout windows and freeze protocols.
• Enforce pre‑implementation requirements such as testing, rollback plans, segregation of duties and impact analysis.
• Plan, facilitate and chair the Cybersecurity Change Advisory Board (CAB).

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and managing service catalogs within a cybersecurity context.
• Familiarity with ITIL, ISO 27001 and NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
• Experience coordinating with enterprise IT change management teams.
• Ability to lead workshops and drive process standardisation.
• Strong documentation, version‑control and stakeholder communication skills.
