About the role
We are looking for a Swedish‑speaking Customer Success Manager to join Mastercard on a 12‑month contract. In this role you will own the delivery and implementation of a SaaS analytics platform, helping customers extract value from Mastercard data and solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Coach customers on adopting Mastercard products and solutions, ensuring they achieve their strategic objectives.
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery projects, managing timelines, contracts and risk of churn.
- Conduct platform demonstrations, training sessions and webinars for client teams.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to create and maintain support and sales materials.
- Act as the subject‑matter expert on the SaaS platform, providing pre‑sales insights and post‑implementation support.
- Identify improvement opportunities, troubleshoot complex issues and propose enhancements.
Required profile
- Fluent Swedish and English communication skills.
- Proven experience in client‑facing, project‑management or customer‑success roles within SaaS or technology environments.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into business value.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
