Concept Leader - ECU Software & Electronics

About the role

Techster Solutions is recruiting, for its client Aurobay, an Engineering Concept Leader in ECU Software and Electronics. Aurobay works on sustainable mobility, and the role leads the development of concepts for ECU software and high-voltage and low-voltage electronics, acting as the technical authority in the field and guiding cross-functional teams through the early project phases.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation and validation of technological concepts for ECU software and HV/LV electronics systems.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define requirements, assess feasibility and align with quality, cost and time objectives.
• Drive innovation in HV and LV electronics, focusing on sustainability and efficiency.
• Act as technical focal point for ECU software solutions that meet future performance, scalability and environmental needs.
• Coordinate with suppliers, R&D departments and external stakeholders so solutions integrate smoothly into production.
• Contribute to and run Aurobay's technology strategy and template generation processes.
• Advise on systems architecture, safety regulations and engineering standards for HV/LV electronics and ECU software.
• Support the analysis and verification (AVN) process to ensure robust, reliable solutions.

Required profile

• M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics or a related field.
• Around 7-10 years of relevant engineering experience, with a strong record in concept development, analysis and verification of electronics systems.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); Swedish is preferred.
• Natural leadership, communication and decision-making skills.

Required skills

• Proven expertise in ECU software development and in high-voltage and low-voltage electronics, with hands-on industrial experience.
• Excellent understanding of product development and concept development processes.
